Slot machines
The slot machines run from penny games up to $5.00 denominations. A denomination is the value of one credit on a machine, so a penny game plays in one-cent credits. The floor includes video slots, stepper slots and keno games. A stepper, also called a reel slot, turns real reels rather than showing pictures on a screen.
No machine count is published by the casino, and this guide does not estimate one. Questions about specific machines go to the casino at 705-759-0100.
Electronic tables
The Electronic Table Games Lounge is on the casino floor. On an electronic table, each player sits at a screen and plays at their own pace. The speed of each game is set by the person at that screen. The casino does not publish the game list for the lounge. The number of seats is not published either.
Live tables
Live table games are offered on the floor. A live table is a game played with a dealer at the table. The casino does not publish how many tables there are, which games run or the table hours. No poker room is listed.
Questions about tables can go to the casino by phone at 705-759-0100. My Club Rewards is the casino's players card, and its members earn points at table games as well as at slot machines.
Getaway restaurant and bar
Getaway is the casino's fully licensed restaurant and bar, open daily for light meals, snacks and drinks. The breakfast menu runs from 9:30 am to 11 am, and the regular menu runs from 11 am to 9 pm. At the bar, grab-and-go food is available for guests who want something quick. This guide does not list dishes or prices. Holiday hours are not published, so the phone number 705-759-0100 is the check before a holiday visit.
Services and access
The casino offers free on-site parking. The casino also lists bank machines, known as ABMs, for cash withdrawals. Currency exchange and lottery are also available.
For customers with disabilities, the casino states that it is accessible. Wheelchairs can be requested, as can accessible formats and communication supports. Anyone who needs one of these can call 705-759-0100 before a visit. The Bay Street desk has no further detail on these supports beyond what the casino states.
The Parlor Room
The Parlor Room is a private event room for up to 60 people. It has a projector and screen, its own bar and private washrooms, and minors are allowed inside. Everywhere else in the casino, guests must be 19 or older and carry valid government-issued photo ID. Bookings go through a request form on saultstemarie.gatewaycasinos.com, and the casino says it replies within 48 hours. Listed hours for the room match the casino's hours.
